Russia plans to launch a payment card for foreign tourists, which should solve the problem of payments due to the withdrawal of international payment systems from Russia, at the end of 2023

Thanks to the tourist card it will be possible to open an account in a Russian bank staying at your country, a virtual card will be issued, and upon arrival in Russia tourists will be able to use it in virtual mode or physically receive it.
