Points and rewards
When are points awarded for a paid booking?
Points are awarded 5 days after departure, you can see the accrual in the guest's personal account.
Do I receive notifications about creating a card or changing my loyalty level? When do I not receive notifications?
The guest receives notifications at the e-mail address specified during registration. Notifications do not arrive if:
- the loyalty card of the basic level is issued by the accommodation tool, setting it up in your personal account;
- the loyalty card has been cancelled or removed by decision of the accommodation facility.
Why can't I see the booking information in my personal account?
If the guest does not see the booking information, then there are two possible reasons:
1. Booking was made without entering your personal account
2. A guest received a loyalty card after making a reservation
If the booking falls under one of these two points, then it will not be taken into account in the loyalty program.
Can past bookings that were made prior to check-in be displayed and accounted for in the guest's personal account?
No, reservations made before the guest receives the loyalty card will not be taken into account.
