GORKI Golf & Resort has an 18-hole professional championship golf course designed by architect Lassi Pekka Tilander. The total area of the game area is 72 hectares, which guarantees the scale, variety of game situations and impeccable aesthetics of the game. The golf course in GORKI is also a globally recognized golf architecture facility with two international awards.

Architectural concept of the field: Art in the style of "Inland Links"

The 72-hectare course project was implemented by Finnish architect Lassi Pekka Tilander, the first Finnish golf course architect to become a full member of the European Institute of Golf Course Architects (EIGCA). In 2005, he received his professional degree from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. At the moment, he has designed more than 20 golf courses located in five countries around the world. Being an avid admirer of the classic Lynx style, he transferred the aesthetics of the Scottish coasts to the landscape of the Leningrad region.

Relief and maturity: To make the holes more expressive, the architect added man-made dune ridges. They look so natural that the field, which was opened relatively recently, already has the "pleasant maturity" of classic British playgrounds.
Game Philosophy: The design is based on wide fairways and perfectly accurate greens. Here you will not find any forests that interfere with the view — instead, you will find lush game corridors and ridges covered with tall grass (rough).
Classic details: The field intrigues experienced players due to the elements of the "old school" — semi-blind approaches to the holes and greens in the shape of a bowl. This is a modern, high-class field that does not frighten a beginner, but challenges a professional.

GORKI is one of the few venues in the Northwestern Federal District offering a full cycle of preparation for the big game:
