Silence and scale: The closed territory of 139 hectares guarantees the absence of extraneous noise and random passers-by. The endless horizons of the golf course (72 hectares) create a natural "informational detox" effect.

Places for practice: Outdoors: The 19th hole playground by the water with a pier, viewing platforms on the ecotrope (1.5 km) or secluded lawns by the pool.

Indoors: Panoramic halls with views of nature, where there is plenty of natural light and free space for yoga, meditation or lectures.

Aqua therapy: Year-round outdoor pool with a temperature of +30°C. Warm water in the open air and a SPA complex with a Finnish sauna and a Russian steam room will be an important part of the recovery program.

Eco-walks: The ecotropy route along the golf course allows you to practice conscious walking (walking meditation) in an ecologically clean area of Lomonosovsky district.

Accommodation: Cozy 4* hotel rooms or cottages with terraces for those who prefer maximum privacy for a group of up to 12 people.

Special Menu: Our chef will develop an individual diet according to your request — a vegetarian, vegan or detox menu based on fresh local products.

Child care: If the participants come with their families, the Club has outdoor playgrounds and game rooms so that parents can fully devote their time to practice.
