The concept of our restaurant is to prepare simple dishes for every day, taking into account seasonality, combining local farm products and the gifts of nature. All that can be found on the village table, you can try us enjoying a leisurely country vacation.

Aromatic pastries, a lot of vegetables, herbs, meat and fish, spicy sauces, cheeses, tinctures. It is based on constant classics and an author's approach to preparation. We have international hits made with local produce and cosy home-cooked dishes, prepared in the interpretation of our chef Vladimir Minkevich.
